1. Analyze processing technology, design fixtures, select appropriate grinding wheels and cutting parameters according to drawings, and reduce costs by improving processes and cutting conditions;

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in engineering machinery;
2. Applicants with more than 2 years of working experience in guide rail grinders, vertical grinders, vertical mills and other related machining processes are preferred;
3. Applicants who are familiar with machining production processes, and have relevant working experience in machine tool precision parts processing are preferred;
4. Proficient in using UG and other 3D software to design tooling and fixtures, and have certain tooling and fixture assembly and debugging capabilities;
5. Familiar with mechanical principle knowledge, mechanical drawing, basic knowledge of metal materials, machine tool related knowledge, ISO quality assurance system, basic knowledge of heat treatment, and metal cutting tool knowledge.
