1、 Product Quality Commitment

·PFT products are manufactured using advanced processes and high-quality materials, and meet the quality, specifications and performance requirements specified in the contract, and ensure that the product has excellent performance during its service life after proper installation, normal operation and maintenance.

·After the completion of product manufacturing, our company conducts detailed and comprehensive inspection of product quality and performance requirements according to the provisions of the contract to ensure that the products 100% passed inspection before release.

2、Technical, After-sales Service Commitment

·If customers need, we can provide customers with detailed technical information of products at any time.

·Product installation and commissioning period, at any time to provide customers with first-class technical services, according to customer requirements to provide on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance necessary technical documents and drawings and other relevant information,including the necessary operation, maintenance and related training, so that customers can skillfully carry out product operation test and inspection; during normal operation, we provide on-site consulting service for customers at anytime.

·Customer quality complaints, reply within 24 hours, and timely coordination to deal with, until customer satisfaction.
